San Francisco Reiki Class Details

This two day course will give you the foundation skills to begin your energy healing practice. During this training, you will receive a Reiki Level 1 Training Manual, a Level 1 Reiki Practitioner Certificate, as well as the skills needed to move forward with this self-practice and guidance for utilizing this practice in work with others. 
Each student will also receive a complimentary Reiki session with GiGi prior to training.

Day 1:

  • Opening Ceremony with Sage Cleanse
  • Introduction
  • Step-by-step walkthrough of the first half of the training manual
  • Lunch break
  • Self-Reiki practice
  • Questions, review, open discussion
  • End of day 1

Day 2:

  • Opening Ceremony with Sage Cleanse
  • Group review of Self-Reiki
  • Finish going over the rest of the manual
  • Practicing Treatment on Others
